Welcome to Boom Pop Balloons! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Orders & Payments
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
- Orders placed within 72 hours of an event require full payment at booking.
- We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other specified methods.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future event if canceled at least 7 days in advance.
- No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
Delivery & Setup
- We deliver and set up within Plainfield, IL, and surrounding areas. Additional travel fees may apply.
- Setup times will be confirmed in advance. Clients must ensure access to the venue at the agreed time.
Balloon Care & Liability
- Balloons are sensitive to heat, wind, and sharp objects. We are not responsible for damages once delivery/setup is complete.
- Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions; we recommend indoor options for longevity.
Custom Orders & Changes
- Custom balloon requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Design changes may be accommodated up to 5 days before the event, subject to availability.
Photography & Marketing
- We may take photos of our balloon setups for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your event featured, please notify us in advance.
Liability Disclaimer
- Boom Pop Balloons is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage caused by balloons or accessories after setup.
- Clients assume full responsibility for balloon safety, especially around children and pets.
