We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your date. Last-minute bookings are welcome if availability allows!


We create arches, garlands, columns, backdrops, centerpieces, and custom installations for all kinds of events.


Yes! We deliver, set up, and make sure everything looks perfect. Delivery fees may apply based on location.


Indoors, balloons can last several days to weeks! Outdoor installations may have a shorter life depending on weather conditions.


We use high-quality, biodegradable latex balloons whenever possible and recycle materials responsibly.Add an answer to this item.


We’re based in Plainfield, IL and proudly serve the Chicagoland area including Naperville, Joliet, Bolingbrook, and more! 


Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.


The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of your event, no refunds will be issued. We are happy to reschedule your booking when possible!


Absolutely! We love working with your vision to match your theme, colors, and style.


Outdoor balloon décor is weather-sensitive. We’ll work with you to make a backup plan or adjust if needed, but we can’t guarantee durability in extreme conditions.
